Lori O'Neill, CPA, CA, ICD.D is an independent financial and governance consultant providing financial advisory services to growth companies. She has over 24 years of experience in a global accounting firm, serving as partner with various national leadership roles, advising high growth companies, supporting complex transactions, equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, until retirement in 2012. Lori currently serves as independent board member at Constellation Software Inc., Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, Pythian Group, Hydro Ottawa and Ashbury College. She is an advisory board member for the Dean of the Sprott School of Business, and formerly a board member of a Federal Crown Corporation, a global publicly traded technology company, a national non-profit organization, in addition to several other roles and activities. Lori obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Highest Honours) in 1988, achieved her CPA, CA designation (Ontario Honour Roll) in 1990, completed her U.S. CPA designation in 2003 and obtained the ICD.D designation in 2012. In 2017, Lori was recognized by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario as a Fellow, the highest distinction of the profession.
