Last summer, the University of Ottawa Heart Institute launched myOttawaHeart , an online portal which enables patients to take charge of their own heart health. This innovative tool was the first of its kind in Ottawa, and we take pride in being a leader in empowering patients and delivering world-class care.
We are proud to announce that just one year after our launch, over four thousand patients have been using the portal to access their health information!
