Coronary Circulation

Left Coronary Artery runs along the surface of the left atrium and then divides into:

  • Left anterior descending artery
  • Left circumflex artery

Left anterior descending supplies:

  • Anterior wall of the left ventricle
  • Interventricular septum
  • Right bundle branch
  • Fasciculus of the left bundle branch
  • Branches further into the septal perforators and the diagonal arteries that supply blood to the walls of both ventricles
