Left Coronary Artery
runs along the surface of the left atrium and then divides into:
- Left
anterior descending artery
- Left circumflex
artery
Left anterior descending
supplies:
- Anterior
wall of the left ventricle
- Interventricular
septum
- Right bundle branch
- Fasciculus
of the left bundle branch
- Branches further
into the septal perforators and the diagonal arteries that supply
blood to the walls of both
ventricles
