This holiday season will be unlike any other. Hospitals in Ottawa are ensuring families and loved ones can share messages of love and support with patients receiving care, while still respecting visitor restrictions in place to keep everyone safe.
Gifts are welcome at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Those who wish to give a gift to a patient must first contact the manager of the unit where the patient is located at 613-696-7000 to confirm what items are acceptable. Gifts can then be dropped off at the front entrance (40 Ruskin Street) in a bag labelled with the patient’s name.
