- UOHI Patient Alumni - The UOHI Patient Alumni Association is a patient-representative group that represents over 15,000 active members. The Patient Alumni Association provides a platform through which UOHI patients and caregivers participate as “patient partners” in developing heart-health information, education, and services that contribute to health and wellbeing.
- UOHI Patient Guides - The UOHI offers several patient guides that help patients and their loved ones understand specific heart conditions and medical procedures, as well as how to improve heart health. The downloadable guides are located here:
- Prevention and Wellness Centre - UOHI’s Prevention and Wellness Centre provides patients, families, and providers with education, programs, and services for the prevention and management of cardiovascular disease risk factors.
- Cardiovascular Health Psychology Laboratory - Led by Dr. Tulloch at the UOHI, the Cardiovascular Health Psychology Laboratory conducts research on the role of behavioural, cognitive, psychological and social mechanisms and interventions for patients with cardiovascular disease and their partners.
