Regular physical activity can help you live better with heart disease by improving your fitness, energy level and overall quality of life. It’s never too late to make physical activity a part of your everyday life.
If you are new to regular exercise, start slowly and increase your activity gradually. Some conditions may require you to avoid certain types of activity. Consult with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
