
January 22, 2025, OTTAWA – National and international experts in smoking cessation will gather in the capital this week for the 17th Annual Ottawa Conference: State-of-the-Art Clinical Approaches to Smoking Cessation. The event, supported by the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, and Canada’s leading forum on tobacco and nicotine addiction treatment, will showcase the latest innovations, evidence-based strategies, and research in smoking cessation and quit-smoking program development.
Media are invited to attend this year’s proceedings, which will take place at the Rogers Centre (55 Colonel By Drive) from Friday, January 24 through Saturday, January 25, closing out Canada’s National Non-Smoking Week (January 19-25).
