Nos recherches visent à comprendre :

  • L’importance, sur le plan physiologique, de l’activité des DPP4 et du clivage du substrat dans le contexte du diabète et des maladies cardiovasculaires.
  • Les sites cellulaires des DPP4 qui sont importants dans la régulation du métabolisme du glucose et des lipides.
  • Comment l’intestin s’adapte à l’ingestion de nourriture.
